Display Area - The Gallery comprises 101 square metres (1,086 sq ft) of prime display area and 50 linear metres (164ft) of wall hanging space.
The display area is versatile being divided into the ground floor of 51 square metres, (548 sq ft) and a lower ground floor of 50 square metres (538 sq ft). A storeroom, kitchen and a cloakroom are also provided.
The antique listed window looking onto Cork Street enhances this Gallery's particular charm and character, with the addition of a special raised window display area that is perfect for the display of three-dimensional works. There is also a removable display stand for two-dimensional works.
A special feature of the Gallery is the picture hanging system in place to facilitate the display of two-dimensional wall-mounted work. A quantity of discreet white enamelled strengthened steel hanging rods is provided from which pictures can be hung with ease and without marking the walls.
Lighting is by individual halogen lamps on a fully adjustable overhead track lighting system. There is a range of different flood lights and spot lights for clients to use.
Facilities - The Gallery is fully furnished with tables and chairs, basic crockery, glasses and cutlery, as well as a fridge-freezer. There is a small kitchenette, a loo and an extra storage room.
